Thank you for visiting Trinkets Online. Please note that we are open from Monday to Friday and although you may purchase online at the weekend we will be unable to post items then.

If payment is made by cheque please make it payable to Mrs B Bussey

When paying by cheque, the order will be processed once the cheque has cleared.

If ordering from outside the UK please ensure that you add the extra postage

To ensure that you can see exactly what you are purchasing there is the option of clicking on the image to see a larger version.

All our items are checked prior to dispatch and we are very confident that our descriptions and photos are accurate and you will be delighted with your purchase from Trinkets Online.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods you are entitled to return them and cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately due to hygiene we are not able to accept returns of earrings unless the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty.

Please call us to let us know your item is being returned and obtain proof of posting. Trinkets Online will not be responsible for postage costs incurred in returning an item unless the item is faulty.

When returning the item you must complete the returns slip at the bottom of the invoice and send it with the item which must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Due to the unique nature of some of the items we sell we may be unable to replenish stocks once they have sold out, although we will do our best to offer an alternative wherever possible.

You will be offered either an alternative or a refund of the cost of the item.
